BMW ZX 6 incredible concept created by students
BMW ZX 6 incredible concept created by students
We know that design students dream car all to create the ideal futuristic car. Each design school participates in partnerships with automakers. Students of the European Institute of Design (Italy) in 2008 had the privilege of working with BMW. Here’s a concept that arises from this collaboration.
The topic was “Designing the BMW of 2015 by incorporating the formal evolution of the brand while respecting its visual codes.”
This interpretation would have us believe that this would be more than one car in 2100. The exterior shape is surprisingly fluid and easy. The wheels hidden under the bodywork gives a floating appearance to the whole concept.
The location of doors to get inside the vehicle appears to be grafted in the original form of the automobile. Moreover, the use of a different color (gray) enhances that feeling.

The most amazing part of this concept created by 2 students Jai Ho Yoo and Lukas Vanek, is opening doors. According to the above, there are clear signs that the seat comes to deport the opening of the door (door antagonist). It feels welcoming offered this procedure. Thus, the user can move easily into his vehicle.
The top view of the concept provides an overview of the car. We can see the curves of the exterior design blending with the curves of the interior, seats accompanying the opening of the door, and the overall proportions of the vehicle.

It is an intriguing concept, interesting and ambitious as these young designers have proved in this partnership with BMW. Hopefully our future cars will look as air and aerodynamics!
